Our Background

mPayment was founded in 2000 with strong support from the industry to
provide new payment platform for businesses and consumers. mPayment was backed by very strong and established investors
including W3 Infocomm Group, GreenDot Capital and Singapore Technologies Electronics. GreenDot Capital was an investment
arm under Temasek Holdings while W3 Infocomm Group is a Venture Capital Investment Company. mPayment’s first Chairman was Mr Seah Moon Meng,
who was then the President of Singapore Technologies Electronics. Mr Seah, together with the team of strong board members, helped to
establish mPayment in its initial years with many achievements.

mPayment’s platform was used to link up retail merchants, telecommunication companies and banks to provide seamless,
secure and convenient mobile payment services for consumers. Some of the retailers involved in the implementation includes fast food chain,
ticketing companies and town council.

After deploying our payment platform in Singapore, mPayment proceeded to secure very good payment projects in Malaysia and Macau.
In Malaysia, our patented mobile payment product was deployed in Maybank to support payments from telecommunication companies and other merchants.
The project in Macau was a collaboration with a partner to deploy a large scale system using our
expertise in transaction management.

Today, mPayment is able to handle both international and domestic transaction channels for our merchants, acquiring banks and other
financial institutions. We are also rapidly expanding our operation and partner network to cover the region. Enterprises with international
presence are engaging mPayment’s services due to our wealth of experiences in the payment domain and our
track record in deploying and operating payment services.
